This week:

  • Katy and I went for a 4D scan of the baby—so now we have a video of them frowning in-utero

  • I’ve launched the updated Notes

  • Katy and I got our first vaccination—we both got the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine

  • my deltoid (at injection site) was very sore the day after vaccination—comparable to going hard at the gym

  • two days after vaccination I had the worst migraine in quite a while—Sumatriptan (100mg) and Ibuprofen (1600mg) didn’t help at all and I vomited a lot

  • favourite song: Willing by Times of Grace (note: scrobbling stopped working on the 13th)

  • currently reading: Exercised: The Science of Physical Activity, Rest and Health by Daniel E. Lieberman

  • Covid-19 cases (UK): 4,464,663 (16th May)1
