Week Note, 24

160 words about life — 05:55 · 20th Jun 2021

This week:

  • I turned 37—can’t believe I forgot that, haha! (added on 27th June)

  • I’ve washed the baby clothes in preparation for the soon-to-be-here baby

  • I’ve been working on the branding part of the Reboot—which has meant doing “design thinking”

  • I’ve been reading critiques of design thinking, such as Design Thinking is Kind of Like Syphilis — It’s Contagious and Rots Your Brains—it’s a long read but I recommend it, I fucking loved it

  • I spent the end of the week (Thursday onwards) being a snot-filled mucus-monster as I seem to have come down with a cold

  • favourite song: You Can Still Be Free by Savage Garden

  • currently reading: Watching the English by Kate Fox—almost finished

  • Covid-19 cases (UK): 4,636,991 (20th June)1
