Week Note, 35

207 words about life — 08:38 · 5th Sep 2021

This week:

  • the fan element in our oven broke—after a quick internet search I figured I could get a replacement part and fix it myself, and I did

  • after 2+ years of Superdupercritical Ltd I’ve dissolved the company (it was a good experiment)—I’ll probably migrate the articles to this site at some point

  • Jude is getting too big for his basket now so we’ve moved him upstairs to the nursery—a couple of nights to adjust and then into the cot he goes

  • after asking work if I could buy my old laptop from them I decided to buy a new one instead

  • I returned the Germoloids Suppositories (for hemorrhoids) that was supposed to be a phone—still waiting for Amazon to process and refund me

  • favourite song: Forever by Times of Grace (yes, again, I really like this song)

  • currently reading: The Life-Changing Science of Detecting Bullshit by John V. Petrocelli

  • Covid-19 cases (UK): 6,973,995 (5th September)1

What thing in your home have you fixed that you weren’t sure if you were going to be able to fix?

You’ve just read Week Note, 35.
