  • I’m enjoying and being confused by a washed coffee bean from Sidamo in Ethiopia (from Roger’s Coffee)

  • I’ve gone through all the remaining boxes that Rebecka and I left behind when we first moved to the UK—everything Rebecka still wanted to keep has now gone to her mom for storage and I’ve catalogued everything that’s worth remembering for me

  • Katy, Jude and I got lunch with Niklas at HEJM

  • Beije and I got lunch at Kotipizza—making this my fourth kotipizza so far

  • I’ve eaten 82 ryebread sandwiches so far
