Week Note, Y22 W51

208 words about life — 07:13 · 25th Dec 2022

This week:

  • Jude vomited on Monday and has been ill since—yesterday was the first day he seemed to be on the mend

  • I had a great catch-up and mulled wine with Ifthi

  • I worked my last day of the year—by preparing for a research workshop in the new year

  • I had awesome day of coffee, walking, and seeing the exhibit Defaced! with Kat at The Fitzwilliam Museum

  • Katy and I postpone our plans to spend Christmas with her parents

  • favourite song: Blood by The Middle East

  • currently reading: Cults Inside Out: How People Get In and Can Get Out by Rick Alan Ross

  • Covid-19 cases (UK): 24,365,623 (25th December)1

  • Monkeypox cases (UK): 3,730 (9th December)2 (I’m considering removing this from my week notes as the source isn’t being updated frequently any more)

Happy Holidays! Merry Christmas!
