  • I’m enjoying a Natural Orange Bourbon coffee bean from La Fany in El Salvador

  • I’ve planted the first batch of seeds for this year’s greenhouse experiment—and the Kohl Rabi has already sprouted

  • I went into the office in London and attended the FutureGov (formerly) Christmas Party, Take Two—we postponed the actual party due to omicron

  • I spent the night in London at a Premier Inn and after a good night’s sleep I decided to buy their bedding for home—stay tuned to see if I can improve my sleep

  • I published The Vitruvian Man Strikes Back—where I continue to look at my well-being

  • favourite song: The Liars Club by Coheed and Cambria

  • currently reading: Strange Rites: New Religions for a Godless World by Tara Isabella Burton
